The charger is manufactured in white color .Charger Dimensions are 95mm x 48mm x 23mm design is good. Dimensions of LCD are 26mm x 11mm. LCD has green backlight wich is good visible in the darkness.The slider can be moved depending on the type and dimension of battery (AA/AAA Nimh ,18650 14500, 16340 for Li-ion,LIFEPO4 is not supo). Sometimes it does not work well battery is not charging because it has a bad contact – you need better press slider.
On the LCD, you can watch battery capacity ,It is a very useful way to test your batteries by charging you can compare capacity.End voltage during charging is important,for example at 3.6V Li-ion battery is 4.2V if the charger has been charged to higher voltages, it would have reduced battery life. Soshine SC-S7 charger is a precision stop the charging at 4.2V for Li-ion battery (Charger is not suitable for LiFePO4 have end voltage – 3.6V)
